Neat: Store Credit Refunds

A Shopify app for store-credit refunds, retired

Neat let a merchant refund an order as a discount code straight from the order page, so the money stayed in the shop and came back as a repeat purchase. It shipped on the Shopify App Store in early 2024 after six weeks of building, priced at $14.95 a month.

I retired it after the numbers came in. Merchants install refund apps, but not for this feature, and a new listing never gets the installs Shopify wants before it ranks one.
